Ole Scheeren spoke with Phoenix TV about the Guardian Art Center, a spectacular addition to the Chinese capital’s thriving art scene.
Guardian Art Center is a multi-functional building for the display and exchange of art, located at No.1 Wangfujing Street.
The interview with Phoenix TV was held on site, where Ole Scheeren remarked: "Guardian Art Center may look quite simple from the outside. In fact, it's a very complex building - it's almost like a Chinese puzzle of interlocking programmatic pieces."
Guardian Art Center is part this year’s Architizer A+Awards. Popular Choice Award voting is now open and will close on July 5th, 2019.
